Payton's hospital christmas

12-20-2003 - after about 24 hours of a 103 degree fever, we took Payton to the emergency room at Evergreen, thinking she had the flu. They x-rayed her neck, which was so swollen that she couldn't swallow, and Payton got an ambulance ride to Children's hospital in Seattle.
